Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of experience in real estate and capital markets globally, Bryce is well positioned to lead 23:32 Capital in the areas of residential real estate development & management, capital raising, management and board advisory.
Prior to founding 23:32 Capital, Bryce spent over twenty years working for one of the "Big Five" chartered Canadian banks. His experience in the capital markets in a senior capacity over that period was extremely fruitful and let to his personal involvement in over $50 billion in capital raises and over $10 billion in M&A transactions with a focus on real estate globally.
Since launching 23:32 Capital, Bryce has established a portfolio of manufactured housing communities in Ontario, and has assisted in supporting the launch of a successful film studio in Toronto.
