Leviticus 23:32

"It is a day of sabbath rest for you, and you must deny yourselves. From the evening of the ninth day of the month until the following evening you are to observe your sabbath.”

We believe rest (sabbath) is the father of inspiration.  We were inspired to create 23:32 Capital out of a period of rest.  We believe it is in moments of rest that we can experience "lightbulb" moments of inspiration - we hope to share these moments with you.
